Thomas graduated from UBC Masters of Physical Therapy in 2012 and UBC Bachelors of Human Kinetics in 2009. With his 12 years of experience in the rehabilitation industry, he strives to create an environment to provide the best experience for clients and therapists here at ReBounce. As a young athlete Thomas had dealt with his shares of sports injuries and that aspired him to now assist his clients to recover from theirs.

Thomas has his certification in acupuncture and intramuscular stimulation (IMS). His treatment approach consists of detailed history, movement assessment, manual therapy, acupuncture/IMS and exercise prescription to return his clients to their functions and activities.

Outside of work Thomas enjoys an active lifestyle with weight training, golfing and getting his triathlon training in. Thomas is fluent in English, Cantonese, and has a working knowledge in Mandarin.

Stefan Cvoric

Physiotherapist

Stefan graduated from UBC with a Masters in Physical Therapy and Bachelors in Kinesiology. His approach to physio extends beyond his education, drawing on his history of personal injury and experience as a Varsity Rower. Stefan understands first-hand the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

His treatment approach includes a thorough assessment with an individualized combination of manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, patient education, and exercise prescription to empower clients to take control of their recovery. He has a keen interest in examining the underlying factors of injuries. His goal is to increase clients’ body awareness so they can minimize their time in the clinic and maximize their time doing what they love without being limited by pain.

As a Vancouverite, Stefan enjoys rotating through the seasonal activities from the mountains to the court, the same active lifestyle he helps his patients experience. His current favourites include basketball, soccer, skiing, cycling, and bowling (you read correctly, TV guide classifies it as a sport so we do too). Stefan is fluent in English and Serbian.

Travis Tomlin

Physiotherapist

Travis completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC in 2015, and has been practicing in Burnaby, Vancouver, and Port Coquitlam ever since. A lifelong athlete, Travis strives to provide insight into any injury or impairment, illuminate goals, minimize barriers, and ultimately provide a clear path to rehabilitation and recovery. A competitive road cyclist, racing in numerous local races including the Gastown Grand Prix, Travis maintains a dedication to and fascination with the world of endurance sports and the nuances of training.

Treatment is composed of a thorough history, detailed physical and functional assessment, along with presentation and discussion of the diagnosis and treatment options. Manual therapy and functional dry needling are utilized to provide symptom relief, while movement and exercise therapy, along with education and self-care techniques are provided and progressed to round out the treatment plan.

A clinical bike fitter, Travis blends his years of cycling and physiotherapy experience with bike fitting certification from the Cyclepoint and Bikefit Canada to provide comprehensive bike fitting solutions for riders of any ability. From brand new cyclists inspired to get more active during the pandemic, to experienced racers looking to manage pain or optimize performance - Travis can provide on and off bike solutions. Apart from Physio and Cycling, Travis attempts to maintain some semblance of balance and upper body strength while indoor rock climbing at The Hive, or working out at the gym. Rest assured, he also has a healthy interest in non-physical pursuits such as coffee, his science fiction book club, and music production.

Marco Wan

Physiotherapist

Marco completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University in 2018 and subsequently moved to Australia to pursue a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney. After graduation, he gained valuable work experience in a musculoskeletal multidisciplinary clinic before returning home to Vancouver.

He has been involved with rehab for nearly a decade now, having worked as a kinesiologist, personal trainer, and sports trainer. His interest and passion for physiotherapy stemmed from having sustained multiple sporting injuries growing up, including rupturing both ACLs and undergoing knee reconstructive surgeries. He has experienced first-hand how debilitating an injury can be and understands the importance of injury management, rehabilitation, and prevention.

He follows a holistic approach to treatment which involves extensive subjective history taking, a detailed physical examination, and most importantly, having collaborative discussions with the patient about their own concerns and goals. He strongly believes that each patient is different and treatment should be individualised with the client’s goals as a priority. Marco utilises manual therapy to aid with pain management and joint dysfunctions along with exercise therapy to target strength deficiencies and irregular motor patterns. Marco thoroughly enjoys listening to all of his patients’ stories and working closely with them to help them achieve their goals and live to their utmost potential. Marco is fluent in English and Cantonese.

During his free time, you’ll find Marco playing basketball, weight training, hiking, snowboarding and trying to find the best food spots around Vancouver!

Registered Massage Therapy

For symptoms like:

By applying targeted pressure to specific muscle groups, RMT effectively reduces muscle stiffness, breaks down painful adhesions (knots), and alleviates chronic pain in areas like the lower back, neck, and shoulders.

Massage therapy stimulates blood flow, delivering essential oxygen and nutrients to injured tissues. This process reduces inflammation and swelling, helping you recover faster from sports injuries, surgeries, or car accidents.

Regular sessions help correct imbalances caused by long hours at a desk by lengthening tight muscles and restoring natural alignment. Additionally, RMT lowers cortisol (the stress hormone) to calm your nervous system and improve mental clarity.
